B&K Instruments are built in Sherman, CT by Frank Brocklehurst and Joseph Keneally. Our instruments were created out of a frustration with the current state of instrument design. The first area that needs improvement is that of quality fractional size instruments for children or people of short stature, an overlooked area of the market. There are also numerous custom built instrument makers that simply rehash old designs without bringing anything new to the table. At B&K, we strive to offer products that are very progressive but still offer a hand built feel. Every aspect of our instruments has been thought about and improved.
